To begin using this new service you will need to have your ACCOUNT NUMBER and CUSTOMER NUMBER which can be found on your latest utility bill on the upper right hand corner. Be sure to OMIT DASHES when inputting your ACCOUNT NUMBER.

DO NOT use online bill pay if you have been disconnected for non-payment or received a NSF return notice. Partial payments on delinquent accounts will NOT keep services from being interrupted. You can visit our office located at 305 Cecil G. Costin, Sr., Blvd. Port St Joe to resolve these issues.

Payments received after 5:00 PM on the 10th of the month will be subject to late fees. Payments after 5:00 PM on the 20th of the month can be subject to disconnection and disconnect fees.

All transactions will be posted to your utility account within 24 hours of your confirmation and will be reflected on your account balance online.

Our payment gateway, Elavon, who processes the credit card portion of you transaction, complies with Payment Care Industry (PCI) Data Security Standards.
